The ISEH is a significant international conference in the interdisciplinary field of environment and health. Focusing on the nexus of environment and human health, it brings together experts and scholars from such fields as geology, epidemiology, toxicology, environmental science and public health for academic discussions and exchanges. Guided by the principle of integrating industry, academia, research and application, it serves as a platform for interaction and dialogue between governments and experts and scholars from home and abroad.
With the rapid development of the global economy, the importance of environment and health has been widely recognized across the world, and there is a growing demand for cooperation among international experts.

The Local Organizing Committee and the International Medical Geological Association(IMGA) Working Group on GeoHealth welcome you to the 2026 International Symposium on Environment and Health (ISEH2026), to be held in Sanya, Hainan Province, China during December 1-6. 2026. The conference will continue to adhere to the core mission of the ISEH conference series, with the theme of “One Earth, One Health, One Future”. The conference will invite international experts to share the latest scientific discoveries related to environment and health, introduce the latest research methods and technologies, and explore the development trends and research needs of environment and health. Through this conference, we hope to promote academic exchanges and technical cooperation among scholars and relevant practitioners on hot issues, provide new methods for solving regional and global environmental health problems, and offer new ideas for sustainable development.

The Conference is aligning with the core vision of environmental governance and health protection in the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and responding to the urgent needs of the global environmental health. Currently environmental pollution has become one of the main challenges threatening human health especially in developing countries, where rapid economic development and industrialization have simultaneously given rise to a series of environmental problem such as air, water, and soil pollution, which are continuously exerting harmful effects on public health Against this background, exploring and practicing sustainable development paths that balance ecological conservation and health protection, and preventing and controlling environmental pollution through scientific means to break the chain of pollution’s harmful effects on human health, is not only a global consensus but also a key measure to implement the goals of United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
